Not Over Yet!
So it seems that my earlier post about fall ending was somewhat premature. It's still going strong, and I can't say that I mind it one bit; considering that fall is my favorite season. ;)

Fall is Ending '12
Temps are dropping fast, and the rain makes it feel even colder so it's a safe to say that Fall is ending soon, but not without a few bursts of color!

Mini De-Stress Glitter Jar
Since stress has been a big part of life lately I decided to make myself one of these.
It's a glitter de-stress jar. You shake it up and then wait for all of the glitter to settle.
This is mine. It proved to be much harder to make than I had anticipated, but work it!
You need:
-A mini jar
-Laundry soap
-Fine glitter (any color of your choice)
-Water
Step 1: Put some glitter in the bottom of the jar. Cover the bottom, but don't overfill it.
Step 2: Fill about 3/4's or so with laundry soap. Keep some paper towel on hand because if you it goes for you like it went for me then it might overflow a couple times.
Step 3: Fill the rest up with water. You don't want much air in it so make sure the jar is completely filled to the brim. Carefully push the cork in and have the paper towel under it because it's likely that some of it will overflow.
Step 4: Shake! Before it will work very well you might have to just tip it back and forth so the soap, water, and glitter can mix.
WARNING: It can become quite addicting! :)
